Tool loops on top of an OpenAI-compatible /v1. Coding agents, CLIs, and IDE extensions.

Hermes is William’s daily setup on wtpai1. Claude Code and Codex CLI attach only where the local server implements their native APIs (Anthropic Messages / OpenAI Responses) — not a drop-in /v1/chat/completions assumption. Cursor’s override is not a first-class localhost path.
